Ptarmigan Inn Resort - Steamboat Springs, Colorado

This renovation project converted an older lodging facility in a premier location at Steamboat Ski Resort.  Construction work in the midst of labor shortages, in conjunction with a full FF&E renovation, all with the goal of opening in time for ski season makes implementation of a project like this one especially challenging.  Benchmark adjusted manufacturing schedules, re-worked the FF&E delivery schedule, and did everything else it took to navigate through an ever-changing plan to achieve a successful re-opening!
